Yeongyang Hansik in Kapitolyo, Pasig, is one of the cheapest places for ramen we’ve found, and it still satisfies the craving. It’s a Korean spot, and a bowl of ramen there is the kind of thing you crave on a cold or rainy night.

Budget date idea

This is a good one when you’re saving up but still want to go out together. Eat here, then walk around Kapitolyo; it’s full of places to see even if you’re not buying.
